Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, reverse engineering, resale, sublicensing, or white-labeling is strictly forbidden under federal copyright and trade secret laws.
2. ABSOLUTE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: This application is provided strictly on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without warranties of any kind. DiBlanco Premier Tax & Accounting Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use. The client firm assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of tax returns and financial data processed through the portal.
3. COMPLIANCE OBLIGATIONS & ENDPOINT SECURITY: Authorized users are solely responsible for maintaining local device security and credential hygiene in compliance with IRS Publication 4557 and FTC Safeguards Rule requirements. DiBlanco Premier OS shall not be held liable for security breaches arising from compromised local devices, phishing attacks, or shared 2FA tokens.
4. DATA PRIVACY & ZERO-TRUST POLICY: All stored Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards. Access is governed under Multi-Factor Authentication protocols, and system audit logs are maintained for regulatory readiness.
